Ordering directly with RGI ensures that you will receive the samples as soon as possible, requesting via our suppliers can add a more time to the process as your request will be sent to RGI. If we do not have your sample in our stocks, we will request that your sample is sent directly from our suppliers stock.

We do not pay for samples and therefore neither do you, our supply partners are a generous bunch and are happy to assist during the product selection process. Normally we can get a sample to you within 36-48hrs.
